La gesta libertaria dominicana más importante del siglo XX, bloqueada por la invasión yanqui de 1965, cumplió cincuenta y dos años de historia y enseñanzas.
El largo periodo transcurrido después de esa brutal agresión estadounidense habla tanto del sentido de libertad, justicia y soberanía de esa epopeya, como de la posterior imposición del coloniaje vía sucesivos gobiernos fabricantes de pobreza, corrupción y perversión política hasta llegar –pasando por la criminal dictadura balaguerista y los gobiernos traidores de PRD y el PLD- a esta dictadura institucional asociada a una clase capitalista gansterizada.
Sin embargo, ese largo ciclo -derivado de una contrarrevolución estabilizada a sangre, corrupción, saqueo, trampas y seudo-democracia- presenta significativas señales de decadencia y esperanzadores síntomas de descomposición del sistema tradicional de partidos e instituciones vigentes (Gobierno Central, Congreso, Alcaldías, Sistema Judicial, PN, FAD, PRSC, PRD-PRM PLD…).
El pueblo se resiste a tragarse de nuevo esos purgantes por más esfuerzos que para sobrevivir-dominando realizan tanto el mafioso partido de Estado como la oposición electoralista parecida a él, incluidos aquellos que oportunistamente se visten de verde.
La emergencia impetuosa de una Marcha Verde, que no tiene corruptos preferidos, ha expresado el inmenso repudio popular a esos engendros políticos, militares-policiales y empresariales de la cincuentona contrarrevolución imperialista.
La indignación verde tiende a corroer un régimen en picada hacia abajo, desencuaderna el sistema político y su viciado electoralismo; creando una nueva oportunidad para el nacimiento de algo nuevo, alternativo y transformador, que nada tiene que ver con la rebatiña en torno a la ley de partidos ni con las ambiciones alrededor de los manipulables comicios del 2020.
El Manifiesto de la Marcha Verde en SFM se sintonizó con la generalización de la convicción popular de que el fin de la impunidad es inseparable del fin del sistema de corrupción judicialmente blindado; dada el inocultable involucramiento en la corruptela denunciada de las más altas figuras de Estado y elites políticas, y la ausencia de vías institucionales y electorales confiables en este contexto. De ahí los amenazantes y torpes miedos morados frente al ascenso incontenible de la democracia de calle confrontada a un sistema que se auto-desestabiliza.
Y esa convicción refuerza la pertinencia de analizar cómo las Constituciones del 1966 y 2010 conformaron esta institucionalidad dictatorial y corrompida, y debatir la necesidad de asumir alternativamente una Constituyente Soberana para recrear y renovar los ideales de la Constitución de 1963 y la gesta de abril de 1965.

PURPLE FEARS DURING APRIL

The most important libertarian dominican deed of the twentieth century, blocked by the Yankee invasion of 1965, celebrated fifty-two years of history and teachings.
The long period after that brutal North American aggression speaks as much of the sense of freedom, justice and sovereignty of that epic, as of the subsequent imposition of colonialism through successive governments of poverty, corruption and political perversion until arriving - through the criminal dictatorship Balaguerista and the governments traitors of PRD and the PLD - to this institutional dictatorship associated to a capitalist class gansterized.
However, this long cycle - derived from a stabilized counterrevolution to blood, corruption, looting, traps and pseudo-democracy - presents significant signs of decay and hopeful symptoms of decomposition of the traditional system of parties and institutions in force (Central Government, Congress, Mayors , Judicial System, PN, FAD, PRSC, PRD-PRM PLD ...).
The people refuse to swallow these purgatives again for more efforts than to survive-dominating both the mafia state party and the electoral opposition similar to him, including those opportunistically dressed in green.
The impetuous emergence of a Green March, which has no corrupt favorites, has expressed the immense popular repudiation of those political, military-police and business engagements of the fifty-year-old imperialist counterrevolution.
Green indignation tends to corrode a regime in a downward stance, disrupts the political system and its vitiated electoralism; creating a new opportunity for the birth of something new, alternative and transformative, which has nothing to do with the scourge around the law of parties or the ambitions around the manipulative elections of 2020.
The Manifesto of the Green March in SFM was attuned to the generalization of popular conviction that the end of impunity is inseparable from the end of the system of judicially armored corruption; Given the innocuous involvement in the reported corruption of the highest state figures and political elites, and the absence of reliable institutional and electoral channels in this context. Hence the threatening and clumsy purple fears of the uncontainable rise of street democracy confronted with a system that is self-destabilizing.
And that conviction reinforces the relevance of analyzing how the Constitutions of 1966 and 2010 shaped this corrupt and dictatorial institutionality and discussed the need to alternately assume a Sovereign Constituent Assembly to recreate and renew the ideals of the 1963 Constitution and the April 1965 .
